expert instruction
Prime Pilates founder and lead Instructor, Rohanna Howie, has trained dozens of Pilates Instructors that work in studios all over the city. She has deep knowledge of the human body and the Pilates repertoire.
Cost: $2300
Schedule: October 17th to November 15th. Fridays 6-9pm Saturdays 1-6pm
Prerequisite: attendance of at least 20 reformer classes at any studio
