GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility: Intro offers are available only to new clients of Prime Pilates who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio.
Activation Date: All offers are activated on the date of your first class booking/attendance, not the date of purchase.
Limit: Each new client is entitled to purchase and use one (1) introductory/opening offer package only. You cannot purchase multiple versions of the new client offer.
Non-Transferable: Offers are strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to another individual.
No Refunds: Offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or studio credit, unless otherwise specified.
Booking: All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system or studio app.
Cancellation Policy applies to all offers. (see full policy below)
Class Access: Credits are valid for both Chair and Reformer Pilates classes and may be used interchangeably unless otherwise specified.

Intro Pass
Classes must be used within 2 consecutive weeks from the date of the client's first class attendance. No extensions will be granted.
This pass is valid only for Reformer or Chair Pilates classes
This offer is available exclusively to new clients who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio
5-Week Challenge
Reformer: $299 deposit required.
Five (5) consecutive weeks, starting on the date of your first class.
To qualify for a studio credit, the client must fulfill all "Challenge Completion" requirements outlined below.
The client must attend all 10 classes (2 classes per week) within the 5-week period.
Upon successful completion, the client may choose a full studio credit equivalent to the deposit amount, valid for use towards any regular-priced membership or class package.
If the client fails to meet the challenge attendance requirement, the initial deposit is forfeited and will not be credited at the end.
Should the Client fail to attend a required class or classes within the Challenge period, they remain eligible to participate in all subsequent, scheduled Challenge classes.

cancellation policy
Required Notice: A client must cancel their scheduled class booking no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the class start time.
Early Cancel: If a client cancels a class with more than 24 hours notice, the class credit will be returned to their package or membership without penalty.
Late Cancel: If a client cancels a class with less than 24 hours notice, or fails to show up for a reserved class (No Show), the following penalties apply:
Class Package Holders: The class credit will be deducted from the client's package balance as if the client had attended.
Unlimited Membership Holders: The client will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of 50% of the full-price value of the class or a No Show Fee of 100% of the full-price value of the class to the credit card on file.
The 24-hour cancellation rule may be subject to reasonable exceptions at the sole discretion of studio management in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
